ViDA Performance OS — Leadership Foundations (24 Hours)
Values-Driven Achievement delivers practical, instructor-led leadership training for B.C. businesses. This program is designed to help managers, supervisors, and emerging leaders build stronger communication, clearer decision-making, better accountability, and steadier performance under pressure.
The training is led by Adam Kreek, Head Coach and Principal at Values-Driven Achievement. It is delivered in a structured format, either live online or in person, and is built around practical workplace application.
This program is intended to support employers who want job-relevant leadership training that improves day-to-day team performance, strengthens management capability, and helps participants apply what they learn directly in their roles.
For senior leaders, founders, and executives with larger scope and complexity, we also offer ViDA Performance OS — Executive Track (38 Hours). This advanced program provides deeper, instructor-led training focused on leadership under pressure, strategic clarity, execution through others, and sustained performance through change.
