Onboarding Process
If your application is accepted, onboarding to the VIDA method looks like this:
Psychometric Test
You will complete a 2 question test, taking less than 5 minutes to complete.
Career and Business Review
Your coach will ask you questions on your first call to review your pain points, growth opportunities. You will gain more insight into who you are, what you do and where you want to go.
Audit Review
You will have a call with your coach to review your career and business audit. You will spend an hour workin on your leadership, your career and your business (not in it).
Coaching Commitment
You understand and sign a confidentiality and 6 month coaching commitment. You work with your coach to co-design a customized advisory plan to ensure you are maximizing growth, recovery and consistency.
