Funding Support

BC employers may be eligible to apply to the B.C. Employer Training Grant, which reimburses eligible training expenses (up to 80% of costs, to a maximum of $10,000 per employee and $300,000 per employer per fiscal year).

Yes. This program is instructor-led, structured, and job-relevant, which aligns with the eligibility requirements of the B.C. Employer Training Grant. We provide a detailed course outline and formal quote that employers can attach to their ETG application.

The program is 24 hours of instructor-led training, delivered either as a 2–3 day intensive course or over 6 weeks in shorter sessions. Training can be delivered in-person or live online, ensuring flexibility while meeting grant requirements.

The program covers leadership communication, strategic planning, decision-making, and leading through change, with hands-on Applied Leadership Labs where participants work through real workplace challenges. All materials are included, and each participant develops a personalized leadership action plan.

Employers pay the training fee directly to Values-Driven Achievement. Once the training is complete, the Province of BC reimburses the employer up to 80% of eligible costs, to a maximum of $10,000 per employee and $300,000 per employer per year, upon claim approval.
