Change is hard. But it’s not the enemy.

Thank you, Northern Vision Development, for diving into the hard work of change with me today.

We explored how making peace with the hard parts of change can actually create space—space for energy, for clarity, and yes, for real transformation.

We unpacked the Hard Loop, took some time to reflect on our culture and leadership, and dug into the tension between grace, grit, and go.

If you know of another team that’s facing a hard change—or needs to find their fire again—don’t hesitate to reach out. This is what I do. This is what I love. My team and I want to support more people doing hard things.

We reflected. We shared. We connected our working lives with our personal ones—because real change doesn’t live in a silo. It lives in the messy, beautiful overlap.

And that’s where your team showed up.

You proved that your people have what it takes. Not just to adapt, but to lead.

Here are the slides from our session, to remind you of what we covered together.

We don’t have to fear change. We just need better tools—and stronger crews.
