They contracted Adam to deliver his Gold Medal Safety keynote for a customer engagement event in Banff, Alberta, then subsequently brought him to Houston and Las Vegas for additional client engagement events. After successful events, the sales team contracted Kreek to run a motivational sales team speech and workshop. Beyond goals and strategic deployment, Kreek spoke about the need for periodized recovery alongside hard work, and the need to consciously design work-life-self balance.
Coached to Better Strategy and Goals
I recently participated in a coaching session with Adam where he helped me identify a professional challenge and establish a strategy to attain my goal. In an hour, Adam presented a workshop with the CLEAR Goal format and actionable steps. Adam has an approachable manner and the ability to coach successful people to the next level while adding humour to make it fun!
